1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Easy Fuud platform ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Easy Fuud is a demonstration online food ordering platform. It allows customers to browse restaurant menus, place orders, and pay online or at the point of delivery. It also provides restaurants with a management dashboard to accept and process orders.

Demo Notice: Easy Fuud is a demo platform built to showcase online ordering technology. It is not a commercial food delivery service.

3. User Accounts

To place orders, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through Easy Fuud, you enter into a contract directly with the restaurant, not with Easy Fuud. Easy Fuud facilitates the order but is not a party to the transaction.

Online payments are processed by Stripe. By paying online, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Card details are never stored by Easy Fuud.

For cash and counter-card orders, payment is made directly to the restaurant at the time of delivery or collection.

5. Restaurant Obligations

Restaurants using the Easy Fuud platform agree to: provide accurate menu information and pricing; fulfil accepted orders in a timely manner; maintain appropriate food hygiene and safety standards; and keep their availability status up to date.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Once an order is accepted by a restaurant, cancellation may not be possible. For refund requests, contact the restaurant directly. Easy Fuud does not process refunds on behalf of restaurants.

As a demo platform, no real financial transactions are processed and no real goods are delivered.

7. Prohibited Use

You must not use Easy Fuud to: submit false or fraudulent orders; attempt to circumvent platform security; scrape or harvest data; or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code comprising the Easy Fuud platform is the property of its developers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Easy Fuud is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Fuud and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
